1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In their original packaging

    • In resalable condition

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oral care products (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste tablets, or any oral hygiene items) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • You will be required to provide:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • A description of the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
